To review small group pricing:

1. Go to healthpartners.com/broker
2. Log on (If you do not have an account, please create one.)
3. Select "Broker Toolkit"
4. Select "Selling Small Group"
5. At the bottom of the page, select one of the following: "Twin Cities Extended Metro", "Greater Minnesota", or "Wisconsin"
6. Select "Group Rates"
